- Interfering with the proper working of the SaaS (e.g., DDoS attacks, injecting malware).
- Scraping or harvesting data without our explicit consent.
03 User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You represent and warrant that:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental consent.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
04 Privacy & Data Ownership
Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell your financial data to third parties. While we take all reasonable steps to secure your data (using encryption and secure JWT tokens), you retain ownership of the data you input into the Expense Tracker.
05 Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Smart Expense Tracker makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of the financial insights generated. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
